What is the return policy?
Membership purchases cannot be refunded. You may cancel your membership at anytime and you will have access to all your membership perks until the month is completed.

What is Snail Mail?
Snail Mail is a physical newsletter that you'll receive monthly. It will include small bookish goodies such as bookmarks and stickers!
Who supplies your products?
Our products are manufactured both locally and globally. We carefully select our manufacturing partners to ensure our products are high quality and a fair value.
Many items are homemade by us personally!
What is the shipping fee?
Since the membership is not a physical product there is no shipping fee when you order. Snail mail shipping is free and purchase of physical products from our store is the standard shipping fee.
I never received my snail mail, what happened?
Because this is first class mail, it could take a while for the mail to show up. Please make sure that you put in your correct address.
If your snail mail hasn't arrived in four weeks, please send an email to info@enchantedimaginaerium.com so we can send you another one!
