Frequently asked questions
When will I be charged?
You'll be charged as soon as you order and on the same day of every month.
Ex. If you purchase on September 15th, you'll be charged that day and on the 15th of every month.
Can I cancel?
You can cancel at anytime with no fee. If you purchase on the 15th and cancel on the 1st, your membership will end on the 15th and you will have access to all perks until then.
When will I get my physical perks?
Physical perks will be mailed the 20th of every month (unless the 20th falls on the weekend). It should take about 2 weeks to arrive. If you haven't received your mail within 4 weeks please contact us.
Is this available internationally?
Unfortunately, the Dwellership is US only at this time.
How much does shipping cost?
There is no shipping fee for the membership itself. If you purchase an item from our store with your membership discount, the standard shipping charges will apply
